Freelancer Agreement

This Freelancer Agreement outlines the relationship between NextBotIQ (the “Company”) and any independent contractor (“Freelancer”) hired to perform services.
1. Independent Contractor Status
Freelancer is not an employee of NextBotIQ and is responsible for their own taxes, equipment, and work schedule. This is a project-based relationship.
2. Scope of Work
All services, deadlines, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before the project begins. Any changes to the scope must be approved by both parties.
3. Compensation
Freelancer will be paid the agreed-upon amount after deliverables are submitted and approved. Payments are final unless otherwise stated.
4. Confidentiality
Freelancer agrees to keep all project details, assets, and communications confidential unless given written permission by NextBotIQ.
5. Intellectual Property
All work created during the project becomes the property of NextBotIQ unless otherwise stated in writing. Freelancer may not reuse or resell the work.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Freelancer will be paid for approved work completed up to the termination date.
